tails is yellow because,the mod is mixed up from:sonic 2 & sonic mania. they updated tails color.they put the color"yellow" because they wanted it to be mania style. they named it, "sonic the hedgehog 2 mania". or "sonic 2 mania".

It looks pretty but an option to skip or turn off the dialogue would be nice. Also the controls feel a bit too sloppy. Some jumps are allot harder than they should be and the control mapping is a bit weird. Most of it was fine but for some strange I had to press the A button a switch wired controller to pause and the enter button on my keyboard to unpause. Oh and no pause men to quit resume or restart. Eventually I discovered F2 I think minimized the screen window. one of the other F buttons reset the game but it also resets the controls to it's default mapping.

What does the pets/sidekicks mechanic add to the gameplay? It is difficult to tell from videos alone~
